Our previous vendor tied us down in a quagmire of staggered contracts. When the last of these contracts was over, we switched to the Circle in 2007 and have never looked back. We have retained The Circle for as long as we have, not because of a binding contract (they don’t have one) but because of their excellent service. At that time, we purchased a fleet of refurbished HP devices at a relatively low cost. They’ve maintained and serviced the equipment with minimal downtime and a very high degree of reliability. Their techs have shown a high level of competence and professionalism and have from time to time helped us with off-contract devices for free. The Circle goes the extra mile. It’s been a great partnership.

The Circle has been particularly nimble at adapting to the unique needs of each of our properties and they’ve done a great job of providing durable low-cost equipment with low operating costs and minimal downtime. They have demonstrated a high degree of responsiveness and professionalism with their technicians and customer support team. We recently placed our Ritz Carlton property under a managed print program with the Circle. We’ve had a great working relationship and we intend to expand their print management program going forward.

It was a huge load off my plate when the Circle took over my job of printer toner management over 5 years ago. The cleaning, repairing and stocking of toner cartridges is a thing of the past. We now just call when there’s a problem and they’re out onsite the same day or the next. The Circle provides us with top notch service at an affordable low-cost per page that includes total printer replacement and repair along with the benefit of managing to stock each of our seven branches with toner at no additional cost.
